I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 1 - 3 business days for processing and handling before your order is shipped.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Orders are shipped via small USPS envelopes or partner carriers (e.g. FedEx, UPS, DHL, Amazon Delivery, DoorDash).
Average transit and delivery time: 4 - 7 business days.
There may be uncontrollable circumstances such as holidays, weather delays, or natural disasters that could affect shipping times. While most orders arrive on time, we do not guarantee exact delivery dates as they are determined by the shipping carriers.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
Depending on our buyers' locations, we ship from several of our warehouses across the east and west coasts of the continental United States. This helps ensure faster delivery to the final destination. In some cases, we partner with our fulfillment & production teams in AZ to help package and ship seeds out faster.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it with no penalty. If the item has already shipped, please email us at info@creepingthymeseeds.com. To request a cancellation, send an email with the subject line "CANCEL".
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you accidentally entered the wrong address, please reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information as soon as possible. We can correct this within 24 hours of order placement. For assistance, email info@creepingthymeseeds.com.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We take great care in packaging your seeds, but in rare cases, damage may occur during shipping. If this happens, please contact us at info@creepingthymeseeds.com with:
- Your order number
- A picture of the damaged product
Once received, we will send out a replacement free of charge.
